Nitro 5 won’t connect to all WiFi networks.

My nitro 5 AMD Ryzen only wants to connect to my 5G but I can’t get it to connect to my 4G. Where I usually use it the 4G has a stronger signal and usually works better, and my issue use to be the other way around. It also doesn’t want to stay connected to my brothers WiFi at his house when we are in the middle of a game. There is nothing wrong with either routers or Internet. I am certain it’s something with my laptop. Any help would be appreciated.
