  • Have you tried resetting the lithium battery? To do this, turn off the notebook and unplug the power adapter. Then press the power button for 12 seconds.

    Hi,
You could try a battery reset, switch off the laptop, disconnect from mains, press power button for 12 Secs, let the laptop to rest for a while, then reconnect the AC adapter and fully charge the battery before trying to start.
Also try reinstalling Microsoft ACPI-compliant control method battery driver, go to Device manager, expand Batteries, right click Microsoft ACPI-compliant control method battery, select Properties and go to Driver tab, uninstall the driver and reboot, Windows will install the driver.
I think you may have to send it for a service to replace the battery, please contact Acer support centre in your region.
