Predator PH315-52 - What happend to my laptop speakers ?

When I switch on the laptop the logo music at the start is perfectly fine and speakers are working. But after the boot the audio is not working when im playing a song or a video it is playing with no sound even though the audio level is 100% .When im plugin the earphone in that a buzz like sound is coming I cant hear the song .I uninstalled the driver and reinstalled it still not working . Im really worried about my laptop since it is 1 and half month old laptop. Predator PH315-52 . More over when im trying to download the driver from the official acer site the particular audio driver file doesn't have the setup icon . pls help me guys …

finally solved ! i have uninstalled the driver and reinstalled an older version and now working fine will update soon

yeah i tried them and even i uninstalled driver and downloaded audio drivers and installed them .. still im not getting sound ..
but im getting sound during predator animation logo
