Wont turn on

So my chromebook was fully charged. Was using it, shut it down and about an hour later went to use again and it turned on for a second and went black. No idnicator lights on at all. I put it on charger and still nothing. Changed outlets, changed chargers. Nothing still. Did a hard reset and nothing. It was working perfectly fine an hour before and now nothing is working.

Hard reset your Chromebook

For most Chromebooks, follow the steps below:

1. Turn off your Chromebook.
2. Press Refresh  + Power . for 20 seconds. Than press the power button and check it should work, if not connect the charger and try.
3. If still dont work try with different charger.

@Arieana you haven't told us which Chromebook you have, so it'll be a little tough to diagnose. Does your model have abattery reset pinhole on the bottom? If so try that instead of just the software reset. (Press and hold the reset button with a paperclip for 15-30 seconds. Release and wait 15 minutes, try again to turn on)
