Acer Nitro 5 AN515-52 under warranty - Overheating, low fps

I have an Acer Nitro 5 (Nitro AN515-52    i7-8750H, GTX1060 6GB). I bought it a year ago, warranty ends in February 2021.
Since a few months, laptop has been overheating, fps drop even in light games. I think I have to open a laptop, clean it and change thermal paste. But if I do it I will probably void my warranty, because of destroying warranty seal. Should I give my laptop to Acer and hope they will clean it or clean it on my own?

Send it in to be repasted under warranty. When your warranty expires if you still have the problem, repaste with Grizzly Kryonaut, a how to video is below

In this case, the ideal is to report the overheating problem to the technical support and ask them to repaste the processor and the gpu. However, many gamers say the gizzly kryonaut thermal paste is very good, but it will violate your warranty.
