software and some games do not work properly in full-screen mode such as in AutoCAD or Revit the working area keeps dark or black and the mouse curser cant be seen there unless you resize the program window to a certain ratio then the icons and the working area work fine also in some games in full screen its stuck in the same frame or picture you can hear that the game is running and you can select things but the picture is stuck until you resize the window and then its will work fine I have tried a lot of things such as fully format the device and start with new windows 10 done all the updates and make sure all the drivers of the graphic card is up to date and try to delete all the drivers and reinstall them but without any solution, nearly all the programs stuck and can't work with them in small window size.

    Good Morning ank !

Are you using the device plugged into the power outlet and have a high performance Windows plan?
