I have a Predator Triton 500 (pt515-51-75bh) which I upgraded the ram in it and the ram has built in XMP profile which in the bios there is no option for XMP. Is there a way to activate this feature on this laptop or no?

It can be activated after unlocking bios but actually this is not worth it because difference between standard 2666 cas 19 and even 3200 cas 17 is negligible

My issue is I upgraded my 16gb 2666 to 32gb which its listed as 2666 but it runs at 2400 with the ability to go to 2666 with a built in xmp 2.0 profile. Which I didn't read that in the description of the ram when I bought it. So id like to be able to run this ram at 2666 if I could I just don't know how to enable the XMP feature in the bios of this laptop, and is there a big difference in 2400 and 2666?

As I already stated you can't some jedec ram will auto boost up to 2666 others will downclock to 2400 and no there's no big differences u won't notice anything especially on gaming side of it you probably would if it was a ryzen cpu as they tend to be more ram hungry than the intel

Did you get Crucial? It's better to return it if possible

Its called Crucial Ballistix Sport Lt 2666 Mhz Ram. It works great and ive had no problems out side of not being able to activate the XMP to get the extra boost it says it can provide but at this point I really don't foresee myself taking this laptop apart every again if I don't have to.

Yes lot of people have such problem with Ballistix Sport LT due to wrong description

Crucial just lies about this memory, they are 2400 modules not 2666
