Best practices for battery management when using the laptop always plugged in

I use Acer Swift 5 SF514-54GT

I use it always plugged in during my workday (at least 5 days a week) and on battery when I occasionally need to go out with it.

What to do in order to extend its battery life?

    Ideally, you should really only use the notebook connected to the adapter. In addition, when more performance is required, battery power will also be used when the adapter cannot provide enough power. However, I recommend that you use the notebook on battery power only, so that the lithium ions run through the battery so that it does not start with incorrect charging times.
