I've Finished filling the https://warranty.acer.com.ph/ requirements and then if I click submit it said "Sending" but after that it will pop out and it doesnt give any update if it was sent Successfully  sent or not, I'm Kinda not sure if it was sent successfully, pls help

     If you are not sure whether it was sent it or not ,you just try to do browser reset and then resubmit the form.
    follow the  below steps to do browser reset 
    For chrome browser ,
    1. open your chrome browser 
    2. Select Settings.
    3. Click Show advanced settings and find the Reset browser  settings section.
    4. Click reset browser settings.
    5. In the dialog that appears, click reset
    For internet explorer,
    1. Close all open windows and programs.
    2. Open Internet Explorer, select Tools -->Internet options.
    3. Select the Advanced tab.
    4. In the  reset  Internet Explore Settings dialog box, select Reset.
