E5-576G-82RZ. Laptop suddenly shut down while plugged and can’t turn it back on.

I was playing EU4 in my Aspire E 15 laptop when it suddenly shut down for no apparent reason. I tried turning it back on, but it didn’t work. The power and battery lights (or whatever they’re called) don’t work even if the laptop is plugged. Pls help

    Yeah, but it’s hard to remove. Would be great though if you can also show the unremovable battery condition!

    -> Remove all external devices from your laptop including power cable
    -> On bottom of your laptop you could see a battery reset pinhole where you have to insert paperclip and hold it down for 15 seconds then release it
    -> insert the power cable then tried to turn on your computer..

    Nope, it didn’t work. I think it’s a more serious problem, I don’t know.
