Stopcode BUGCODE NDIS Driver - Windows 10

I have just upgraded my Aspire V5-531 from Windows 7 to Windows 10, and everything seemed ok until i tried to put the laptop to sleep and I got a blue screen with the following message:  Stopcode BUGCODE NDIS Driver.  I have identified one of the following drivers as a culprit, and wanted to update the drivers from the ACER site but their driver updates are only up to Windows 8.  If I try to update the driver from Device Manager, the results come back saying i have the most up to date drivers.

Right now, if i leave as is, even when i click on "Shutdown" rather then sleep, the system continuously reboots.

Any ideas or suggestions would be appreciated.

I have and the response is the same - all drivers are updated.  Problem still persists.

I have narrowed it down to the Qualcomm Atheros AR5BWB222 Wireless Network Adapter.  But leaving this driver disabled is not an option as the laptop does NOT have a wired connection.
  • Does the problem remain when you turn off fast start up in power options?

I have upgraded from windows7 pro to windows10 pro. After upgrade I was getting BSoD with message "BUGCODE NDIS Driver".  I was able to solve NDIS issue by installing windows 8 driver for Atheros as described in this post  -

Hi folks. Thanks for the input.  I was able to finally find a new version of the driver and everything seems now to be working.  The new version was on the microsoft site.

    Cheers!
