SSD shows unallocated and uninitialized - ACER SWIFT 3 ( SF315-41)

Go into Disk Manager in Windows (right click the start menu to find it quickly), click on the SSD and create a new volume. Allow the system to format it NTFS and it will show up, likely as E, since that's the next letter. If that doesn't work the drive has likely failed. If it's failed contact Samsung for warranty replacement. When you get the new drive in you'll need to install Windows on it again though to make sure everything goes on the SSD I'd pull the HDD out then do the install. Once you are up and running on the SSD again you can put the HDD back in, then remove all the partitions except the two big ones (4 & 5). With partitions 1, 2 & 3 removed you can expand partition 4 to recover that half gig of space. At that point you should be good to go with the faster SSD doing the boot and OS and the HDD split into two data partitions, D & E.

It's always possible the SSD has failed, but let's try and pin the failure down. Can you boot from a Windows install flash drive to get into the recovery environment? We're going to use the command prompt and diskpart to look at the partitions both on the HDD and SSD. If you could take a picture of the results from "list disk" then "sel disk #" for each disk and "list part" for each disk and finally "list vol".

@billsey I have two disks SSD 250GB and HDD 1TB. I ran those commands on both. You can see the result in the above images.
I am able to use my Hard Drive, I made partition on HDD and installed windows on one Drive.
I can't use or access my SSD.
Whenever I try a heavy disk operations I/O, my PC lags also. Taks like Opening chrome or watching HD vedios. It wasn't happening before.

It would be interesting to check the health of ssd with crystaldiskinfo.

I will try the above, I can't turn on My Laptop. It's not charging, I complaint for the same, A acer engineering visited and told me that charger is damaged. I might get new charger in Five days.
How Acer can deliver such bad builds.
I am so annoyed, my work is stopped.

Hello guys, today another service engineer visited. He told me that we need to replace the motherboard, so he took my laptop with him.
I am laughing at myself now.

One good thing, I told him to took my SSD out so, I can replace it with Samsung.So, I don't need to visit myself to another service center for taking it out.

I got my laptop from acer. It turned out the adapter was damaged, and they gave me a new adapter. But it's not same as the one that I got with the laptop. Is it an issue?
So, If charger keeps connecting and disconnecting or LED jsut blinks repeatedly, please do check the adapter once.

Laptop is charging well and running well. I still need to check the SSD with Samsung.

Does the new adapter have the same specifications as the old adapter?

I don't know what the exact specification was of that old one. I just remember the look.

I got my SSD from Samsung, they replaced it and provided a new one. I installed it in the laptop and everything is working for now.

It would be interesting if you provided the exact model of the laptop. Example SF315-41-R5TY
