Nitro 5 AN515-52 very slow in doing anything

I've had this computer for about a year now and I'm starting to have many issues with this computer. It always starts freezing when playing simple games like Minecraft and when I try running things, like GTA V or Forza Horizon 4, it starts to lag, overheat(it burns my fingers) and eventually crash after half an hour. Starting browsers take around 5-10 minutes, and my taskbar keeps freezing with the search bar just missing. I also commonly encounter my caps lock and number lock notification get stuck until I reset my computer. Its not that old and its giving me so much trouble even my old lenovo with an i3 and an intel 630 UHD can run better than this thing. I don't know what to do with it anymore, if anyone knows a fix, or should Ijust sell it even if its only a year old.

What EXACT model of your laptop?
Have you checked in the task manager if the disk has a 100% usage error constantly?
