all in one z3-615 CPU stuck at 0.78 HELP!!!!

ok so heres the machine an acer all in one z3-615 the cpu is stuck at 0.78 and wont go above I have tried updating it to the latest bios which failed due to not the same as the system even tho it comes from the same model on the website, ive cleaned the cpu and fan and thermal paste, ive checked all bios setting and everything seems to be fine. I reinstalled windows 7 to the machine and back up to full speed it only happens on windows 10 any advice would be great

The next time you install windows 10 let us know, trouble shooting would be easier that way. Also, do a clean install rather than a repair or restore. And check for processor speeds before you install any software.

Hi guys thanks I’ve tried updating all drivers even from intels dsa program and still no luck. I’ve done 2 fresh installs of Windows 10 and the exact same issue, here’s how it still stands. Also resource manager. I
