Predator GX 792-713B 1 USB port work weird

Hi everyone,

I have one USB port work weird. When I put an external storage like usb key or external hdd, it work well but when I put a device, like my dongle for my mouse or my HyperX Cloud 2, it don't work, nothing appears on my Windows I tried so much thing for fix it but it's still working weird. Someone had this problem?

Odd, do your devices work correctly in the other USB ports? 

If you can open up the device manager, does anything in the USB (at the bottom) have an "!" beside it?

YgrecPeKa there is a software around that will delete all previously unused usb devices sometimes there is incompatibility because of that i would give it a search or even check all the hidden in the device manager and remove them manually the other option you can try its to uninstall an reinstall all the usb drivers and the lastly might be your windows itself acting up as usual backup whatever you need and perform a stock recovery clean install check here

Happy new year!

I already did a clean install of Windows 10 and that's not fix the USB port

I don't think it is hardware because the USB port work, it power my external HDD and Windows recognize it but when I connect something like a mouse or a keyboard or a headphone, nothing happen. So yeah, it's really weird, the USB port work only with storage device.

I already tried so much solution, uninstall and reinstall the USB drivers. I don't know what can I do
