I have an Acer Ferrari that will not connect to my new NetGear wifi device (WNDR4000).

My Ferrari will not connect to my new Netgear.  When I get to the "Wireless Network Connection" it states "....that the device requires a network key(also called a WEP key or WPA key)." But it will not accept the network key that came with the unit; Wireless Configuration pops up stating that: "The network password needs to be 40bits or 104bits depending on your network configuration. This can be entered as 5 or 13 ascii characters or 10 or 26 hexidecimal characters."  Unfortunately, the Netgear unit doesn't offer such options.  Is there a solution to this disconnect?

    Good day

You need to speak to your ISP and they will help you setup your wireless network.
