Predator Helios 300 (2019 gtx 1660ti) won't turn on.

I purchased this laptop couple of months ago, everything was fine until yesterday. The device is not turning on when I press the power button. The laptop does make a faint noise when I put my ear close to the bottom of the laptop. The fans isn't turning on either. When I plug in the battery. It does indicate light (light turned blue when it was fully charged) I'm kinda freaking out, what is the cause for this? What can be done.?
PS: I cannot claim the warranty because it was purchased from other country.
I tried to reinstall the ram
If somebody is reading this please help me.

Hey, i took the laptop to the local acer service centre, they finally fixed it. Im so relieved, The charged 10$ for the initial service. I asked them what the problem was, and they told me that there was some problem with the bios which had to be reset. They also suggested me not to overcharge the device.. Thanks for your suggestions anyways!!

OK! Turn off the notebook and unplug the power adapter, and then press the power button for 12 seconds.

I've done that, nothing is happening.
Also, there's no battery hole to reset the battery

I've seen similar issues, which users solved by just discharging the battery completely. Try plugging a device into the USB 3.0 port, which allows you to charge devices even when the laptop is off, so the battery will be discharged faster. Also, it would be interesting to let you know if you can still replace the laptop with your dealer.

The laptop is not charging my device, I tried doing that just now. The laptop is completely shut down, it's not on sleep mode or anything.
The only way I can replace this device is to send the device back to USA, from where it was purchased from...

Another thing, the laptop lid wasn't closed entirely (it was closed up to 3/4th of it) would this be a reason? This is absurd. SMH. Never happend anything like this with any other device.

OK! Are you plugging the laptop directly into a grounded electrical outlet or socket? Also, now try resetting the rtc battery:

RTC Reset Keep Pressing Power Button 10seconds to reset RTC.

EC Reset Keep Pressing Power Button 12seconds to reset EC.
With the laptop turn off!

I plug in the charger to a socket, I've tried pressing the power button for more than 30 seconds, nothing's happening either

Have you tried disconnecting and reconnecting the lithium battery?

The lithium battery is difficult to remove, will it void my warranty as I can see a couple of wires attached to a black cloth/tape

I tried contacting acer, they told me to reset the battery, I tried doing that.
They told me to hold the power button for 30 seconds, wait for 3 minutes and plug in the charger.
Nothing happend, I've put the device to charge right now

Glad you are fixed.

They told you not to overcharge the device? I wonder how one does that, lol. Mine is basically a desktop plugged in all the time except for when I travel every couple weeks. How strange.
