predator helios 300 2019 wifi problem

hi! please help me. i just bought a predator helios 300 from amazon and i'm having problem with the wifi. i called acer support already and all the fix that they know didn't work. and the last option is to send the laptop to the service center. i'm just wondering if maybe there's someone that can help me here. there was a time that the wifi was ok and i was able to play of an hour or so. but right now it says again that i'm connected but no internet.
is there something that i need to do with the killer control center? or should i just send this to the service center? pls help. thank you!

aivanvagilidad you can reset windows to stock via recovery clean install check here and backup whatever you need first select delete everything option but if they asked you to send it back just do it its the best option to know exactly whats going on
