Hi all,

I have just recently bought a new Swift 5 (Model Name: SF514-54GT), everything seems perfect but one issue.

It appears that every time I plug/unplug the charger, there's an annoying beep sound (which may just be a fail-proof improvement from Acer).

Normally, we can turn off this power beep in the BIOS, but I couldn't find this setting in my BIOS nor find other solutions to this issue.

Please help~
Cheers

    Hi @jonsnowhohoho
    1. Open "Device Manager".

    2. Scroll down to "System Devices".

    3. Click on "+"

    4. Right click on "System Speaker".

    5. Select "Disable"

    6. Restart your computer.

    Beep should be permanently disabled.

    Dear Tom2019

    Thank you for the reply.

Even with "Show hidden devices", there is no "System Speaker" to be found.
    I use Windows 10 Home.

    Cheers,
