Two weeks earlier my laptop randomly shut off when the battery was on 60% or less. After reading some things online, I tried resetting the battery with a paperclip from the back, uninstalled "Microsoft ACPI-Compliant Control Method Battery" and even opened the back of the laptop and made sure the little rubber was pressing on the RAM switch and nothing worked.
Today though, my laptop won't open unless it's always charging. My battery percentage shows that it's on 94% and it won't go up, but if I remove the charger it'll completely shut off. I don't know what else to do. I don't think the battery is dead, I've had this laptop for less than two years.
