Hello,

Just got this laptop and loving it so far but I find that the fans on idle are a little too loud (particularly the fan on the right).

Is there any software (1st or 3rd party) that can monitor or change the fan curve?

Thank you.

JGaspar no thats completely normal everyone already knows that the new H300 2019 have a more aggressive fan curve they were designed that way to provide the best cooling possible and theres nothing anyone can do also the fans are loud because they are the new 4th gen aeroblades owl wing tip they are noisy by nature the only solution if the noise bothers you its to replace the fans for the normal plastic delta but of course you will loose your warranty or the most impossible one its to get your temps under 37/39 thats when the fans stop completely.

Theres no other software to control the fans and you cannot change the fan curve its built  into the bios itself in the hidden advanced features that probably only show up in unlocked bios for the engineers themselves or not (theres no guarantee at all that those option are available in any bios force unlocked) and of course theres no need to say that acer does not support in any way unlocking any bios and your warranty will be voided straight away if you take that patch and most important you may brick it for good if you mess it up when trying to unlock it
