I bought my monitor for a high refresh rate, but I can't use it.
- I'm using the DisplayPort cable included in the box.
- The monitor's information tab in the OSD or whatever you call it says it's running on 120hz.
- I can only set it up to 120hz in the Control Panel/Settings and NVIDIA Control Panel.
Can anyone help?

I fixed it by plugging in the power adapter cable that came in the box. I had one already plugged in from my older monitor and it literally is the same, but apparently it doesn't output the same power.

I have this monitor and could only get 240hz using HDMI 2 instead of displayport. When using either the displayport cable provided or an alternative, I was still only able to get a max of 120hz. So try using an HDMI cord and see if you get a higher refresh rate.
