I have a predator triton 500 with RTX 2060. It keeps getting the blue screen every now and then and also the graphics cards keeps disappearing from time to time. Says it’s not detected. It’s only been 6 months. Is there no permanent fix for this? Can anyone help? I was so excited to get this machine but so far it’s been a bumpy road.

also I know about the battery reset but that’s also temporary. It happens after I reset the battery. The graphics card problems started while I was playing Witcher 1. Which is a game from around 2007 I guess? The blue screens have been happening ever since I got it. Not frequent but they come and go. although lately it feels like it’s a bit more frequent

Back up your current data to external HDD first. Also create a recovery drive using Acer Care Center. After doing these stuffs, download the Windows 10 ISO from Microsoft and use it to clean install in your Predator. Keep Internet off while doing the clean install. After setting it up, install all the drivers and Software of your model from Acer Support site (download them before doing the clean install). After doing all of these, check if you get any more BSODs.
Trying to do my best here - Your happy Predator owner =)!

@Rai1010 did you found any solution for this issue? I got the exact same issue, I keep playing some games and the Nvidia crash I made the temp solution of the battery rest, but I am tired of doing that..
