Views on which is the best/fastest 5ghz laptop wifi card

Hi everyone and Merry Christmas to all

For some reason my wifi card its not performing as well as it used to but it has passed 2 years already (maybe its tired always on 24/7 non stop lol) im basically loosing about 10mb in speed (used to get full speed before) for ex on my mate 20 pro i get the full speed of my broadband connection 40/10 im getting 39.4/9.78 and on the laptop im just getting 23.19/8.24 and no its not the router i only have fritzboxes and just upgraded to a 7590 and got the 7490 i had as repeater so i wanted to ask everyone their views about the best wifi card around these days i will probably be upgrading mine i saw some reviews on and according to them the best ones are 

Intel 7260 HMWWB.R

AR9462 AR5B22 

Intel 3160

Killer Wireless-AC 1550

So what are your views on all these 4 ill probably pick one of them (the best one and with compatibility with my laptop of course )
I just need to have stable connection for my shadow gaming server
