keyboard key broken what should i do Its under warranty.

i accidentally broke a key of my keyboard. the orient hinge pin is broken and the little hooks on the upper side of the key are also broken what should i do. Its under warranty

    HAWK72 you can try either to find a single key and replace it (probably it wont be easy neither cheap) regarding the warranty replacing it i really have my doubts that would happen check the warranty policies on your own country and see if it covers user self damage (which no manufacturer will cover it) you can try to get it repaired under warranty but they will probably charge you for a full keyboard replacement anyway its all written under the warranty policies which they arent the same in every country regarding the coverage

    Need keyboard parts for Aspire laptop -- I have a broken key, too. I have the key, and the little hinge, but the tiny spring/clamp is broken. It's a part that they make by the millions. Probably costs less than a penny to mold, but finding one here in the States is the problem. Anyone know of a source for such tiny parts?
