Whenever we plug in a usb drive it does not show up in the Boot Menu (f12) or in the Boot Menu in the BIOS.
I spoke to a Acer support and was told we need to create a UEFI bootable USB flash drive...
I have searched on Google and I am now completely confused and have no idea how to do this.

Your help is appreciated, Dusti

    Good afternoon Dusti !

Installation media must be created in GPT mode with UEFi support.
    SecureBoot must also be disabled.

what program can I use that has the GPT mode and UEFI support
I think Rufus may be one, I haven't had much luck with Rufus,
any other programs I could try ??
Does it have to be a UEFI bootable ISO ?

Download an official ISO from the Microsoft website and create a pendriver with Rufus.
Disable SecureBoot on Bios and leave Sata Mode on AHCi

Under the Information Tab in BIOS, it has SATA Mode and shows Optane without RAID, I can't seem to change any of the settings on the Information Page in the BIOS

Download a tool called Etcher. It is a easy to use tool to help you flash an iso into a pendrive, making it bootable.
