    It is definitely Windows.
    I run Linux Mint from a USB and it suspends and wakes up briliantly.
    I also run Whocrashed and it shows ntoskrnl and ntdll as culprints.
    But I suppose them crashing is just a result of some other driver conflict rather than the root cause, am I right?

  • Yes, I still think it may be some driver related issue. It would also be interesting for you to enter the bios version.

    Have you tried iobit's DriverBooster or other driver tool freeware to see if they'll pick up anything yet? Jack E/NJ
