Predator Helios 500 PH517-51 i9 1070 - Macro keys on top of keyboard do not work or light up

I have a Helios 500 from 2018, it performs great. The only problem is that the Macro keys at the top of the keyboard do not work or light up, it could be a connection problem with one of the wires but I can't find the wire it uses inside the laptop. Does anyone have an idea where it is? I have tried getting them to work through Predator sense as suggested on other threads but no luck. The lights that are meant to flash to show the computers on and the hard drives are working do not light up either. Does anyone have an idea where the connections are for these parts of the laptop are or any idea what may be causing it?

nevermind I fixed it, turned out to be a loose wire. I had to take apart the whole thing by going underneath the Motherboard and the wire was not plugged in. I appreciate your help
