Hi guys, I just bought my new laptop. I want to reinstall the windows, but I'm not sure how to do it. It's a preinstalled version with all acer and predator softweres. I really like the boot animation and the sound, ect. How can I reinstall the windows, and keep that things? If I reinstall the win, how can I activate it again? Sry for my grammer.  Thanks for help, Mark. :)

    Good afternoon bmark !

To reinstall the factory OEM system, simply press ALT + F10 as soon as you turn on the power before the Acer logo appears.

The system will be activated with the key recorded in bios-uefi.
All personal files and settings will be removed.
The system will return to how you used your laptop the first time.
You will be asked for email, confirmations, etc.

  • The alt + f10 command will only work if the d2drecovery function is enabled in bios and if you have not formatted the hard disk.

bmark If you still have doubts about it check here for instructions this assuming your stock recovery partition is still intact and you havent disabled the D2D which its always enable by default in case you had formatted it before using a created windows usb drive im afraid your recovery is gone forever (if you havent cloned your drive first neither created a stock recovery usb drive via care center) and you can only reinstall it the same way as previously
