Acer Predator Helios 300 - Bluetooth range

recently I decided to connect a couple of bluetooth products to my predator helios 300. After a couple of tries to connect a bluetooth game controller and ear bands, I noticed that the bluetooth range was only really close to the laptop, literally on top of the keyboard. If I moved a bit further both devices disconnected. I tested these devices to other systems and worked perfectly and big range. I was wondering if any of you had a similar experience, thank you

DrSotirios please post you full model number and have you tried uninstall/reinstall the drivers also bare in mind the bluetooth its shared by the wifi adapter they are the same adapter 2in1 as far as im aware so you probably (not sure) but might not be able to handle 2 devices connected at same time while the wifi its being used just give it a test with the wifi off and on ethernet only just to see how it goes if the same issue remains and still on warranty at this point i would probably contact acer support directly as explain the situation to arrange a repair also bare in mind this community its not an acer direct support channel in any way we are all normal users here just like you who are here voluntary to help troubleshoot all kinds of issues that might arise :)
