Acer Aspire SW5-012P No Sound In Windows 10 Build 1909

Hello, I this post has been posted alot in the section. But in my case I have installed a fresh copy of Windows 10 1909 the latest version.

I formatted the harddisk and installed windows just fine. All dirvers are installed via the windows update, Chipset, Wifi, Bluetooth, Battery,

But camera not working. Though I have mentioned that all drivers are installed in the device manager, cant hear sound sound. When I play

something it shows that is playing and the sound icon shows bar showing that something is playing. I see two drivers isntalled for sound in the device mamager:

Realteck I2S Audio Codec and Intel SST Audio Device (WDM).

So can someone help me where things am getting wrong

Try running iobit's DriverBooster freeware to see if it'll pick up anything new. Jack E/NJ

I tried and downloaded this drivers it seems activates the sound speakers though if you have installed all drivers via windows update

Platform Drivers_Intel_1.0.0.1064_W10x86_A. I hope this did not install in windows update. But thanks anyway for getting to me back so soon.
