My AcerE 15 is not turning on

Year ago year a bought a new Acer E15 when I was in Saudi Arabia.

It was working fine till yesterday. I did room cleaning yesterday for which I unplugged all my accessories from the power board.

As today I was trying start my laptop, it won’t turn on. I see that the power connection was not plugged properly. I plug it and wait for another half hour. The charging light turn from orange to blue. I try to start but it won’t start.

i did all the reset procedure using pin to reset the battery which is in the back of the laptop.

But still nothing.

Today is my project deadline. I need to fix it as early as possible, but nothing is working.

Help me fiends. I will be in deep problem if I don’t fix this within a couple of hours.

Are you able to get to the bios?

No, nothing on the screen.

There is blue light charging signal but other than nothing is working.

Try with external monitor, if that doesn`t help then to contact Acer service is the only option. Try to remove the charger as well.

Thank you so much, I am able to start my laptop when I use external monitor. I disconnected the external monitor and the laptop screen too start to operate.
