Is this repairable? - Acer Swift 3 SF315-51g-51CE

So I was tinkering with it and when I put the heatshield back on I guess it touched that and poof. It's an Acer Swift 3 SF315-51g-51CE

    Something tells me you'll never work on one again without fully disconnecting the battery first... :) It looks to me like a blown capacitor. Do you know of a local technicians who can do surface mount repair? I can't tell if those two little blobs are components or just solder jumping two pads. The technician may be able to figure it out using the similar configurations nearby. You might also start looking on eBay and such for replacements motherboards. If nothing else it might help determine how expensive it will be to repair.
