Cannot enter bios admin password ? Acer F5

Hi !

The handling of passwords in Acer F5 seems to be too difficult for me and I have managed to lock my PC ...

I tried to install linux to my Acer F5 and in the process enabled the bios passwords. After enabling the admin and user password I could not anymore change bios setting, like the password asked would be user password. Then I tried to delete the user password (by giving blank password in "change password" window) but after that I cannot get to bios any more, password check fails every time.

How can I get to bios ? I know the admin password and the previous user password (and now the user pw should be blank).

Thanks to Abraham's video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0lxwvCu8XJc I managed to unlock the user password but the main problem still remains, how to get the PC even to ask the admin password. So now I get untill this:

But most of the selections are grayed out (not very visible in the picture), like the "Set Supervisor password".

Anyone knows how to solve this, plz !!

PS: Abrahams advise was shortly:

-After 3 faulty password the PC asks unlock code and provides key for the code

-fill in the key to https://bios-pw.org/ and you get the unlock code (but for me unlocked the user password)
