Hey guys, I just bought a Triton 500:
CPU: 9th Gen i7-9750h
GPU: RTX 2060
Memory/storage: 512gb ssd

I updated all my drivers, tried uninstalling and re-installing, tried removing it and downloading other ones but none work! If I press the predator sense button with a fresh reset, I get a quick small black window that disappears with nothing else. If I install a new predator sense, it tells me my computer is not supported??? Please help!

Did you try reinstalling Predator Sense from here? Also, what is your model name as shown in BIOS/Acer Care Center?

Yes, I tried deleting it completely off my computer and installing from there. I still get a “sorry, computer is not compatible” message. The system BIOS however, found in the InsydeH20 Setup Utility (spamming F2 while computer boots) is WDC PC SN720 SDAPNTW-512G-1014

Yup. You need to visit Service Center as your model name has changed from Predator PT515-51 to just PT515-51. That's the reason Predator Sense isn't getting installed.

MadBakers as it was said above by @XdxD you have to have the Predator word before the model number in the bios or PS will never work/install
Have you had your mobo replaced or is it the original one because this is really weird this usually happens when the mobo gets replaced and when the bios is re-flashed the wrong model name might be flashed along with it in this case your missing the Predator word and only acer can fix it you have to send it back to get the bios model name fixed
