Z35 Monitor - OSD and logo do not display when power on.

Hi Community...

I have a Acer Predator Z35  Curved monitor. For last few months it occasionally would flash for a second, maybe once ever week or two.

When my PC went to sleep, one of 6 times the monitor would not come back on. I had to restart my PC for it to display.

This time it wont come back on at all... even after restart.

I get screen backlight, I also get the external lighting on monitor so it like everything is working normally however, when powering up the monitor the Predator logo does not display nor do any of the OSD / Settings. I get just a blank screen with backlight.

The monitor was purchased in May 2017

I believe I have 3 years warranty.

Has this happened to anybody else, and if so... is there a quick fix or do I need to send off for warranty fix?

Have you tried a power bleed on it yet? Unplug the monitor, press and hold power for 15 seconds to bleed off the capacitors then wait 15 minutes or so. Plug it back in and turn it on.
