Acer Nitro 5 AN-515-54-50AF laptop has internal beeping sounds & Care Center problems

I have an Acer Nitro 5 AN-515-54-50AF Laptop and recently during general use I've been hearing this constant quietish beeping coming from the internals (from what I've seen from videos, it sounds like it may be coming from the RAM?). Also, recently when I try to open the Acer Care Center, it won't open the first few clicks, saying its "still initializing, please try it again later". When it does open, whenever I click on an action, (disabling a program from start-up, for example) it freezes for a few seconds then it goes back to normal. Any fix to both of these problems? I believe I wasn't hearing these sounds and the problem with the Care Center before updating my laptop to the Feature Windows 10 Update 1909.

Can you please do the below in the order given

1. Reseat your RAM
2. Do a Battery reset. If you have an internal battery, unplug and power down then press a straightened paperclip into the small hole on the underside that has a small battery symbol next to it and press for 10 seconds, leave everything alone for 15 minutes, then plug in and power up. If you don't have the small hole then with laptop powered on unplug it from the power source and press the power button down for 12 seconds, leave it alone for 15 mins then plug in and power up.
3. Go to Control panel/Uninstall a Program and uninstall anything that says Care Center Service
4. Go here and download and install Acer Care Center it is under the Application Tab

How do I reset the RAM?

RE-SEAT not RE-SET my friend. Just take each stick out and put it back in making sure it's seated properly in the socket

Found the solution, it was actually my CPU making the noise. Turned off Turbo Boost and that did the trick. Thanks

I fixed the problem, without compromising any performance. I just followed the battery conditioning procedure as per the manual.

I should've done this right after getting the computer. Also I think I have to do it again if I drain my battery completely, again.

and during general use it would constantly beep then stop ,and later do it again

The sound apparently comes from the electrical current to the cores. I have to turn my "Turbo Boost Power Max" down to ~10 (from the default 45) before the barely audible but still annoying electrical random hissing will go away.
