Aspire E 15 - E5-575G Shutdown Randomly

My laptop aspire E 15 Shutdowns randomly at 37% of charge . And needs hours to get full charged - Why ? My battery is dead or what ?

    power drain: Just check the back of the unit, you can find a pin hole , unplug the charger and turn off the unit. now put a paper clip in the small pin hole and press and hold it for 30 sec.

    BIOS default: After power drain is done, power on the unit, but as soon as you power on the unit keep pressing the F2 key so that it take you to BIOS page. 
    Press F9 and press Enter than press F10 and press Enter. the unit will restart​

    What do you mean (turn off the unit ) ? How to turn off the unit ? Do I need to follow all steps while my laptop is on ?

    So I have tried this steps : 

    1- turned off my laptop 
    2- pressed pin hole for 30 second 
    3- turned one my laptop . 2f - f9 - f10 
    4- done 

    Was that steps correct ?

    After going to BIOS press r9 than enter and f10 press enter.
    if still you have issue tha do a reset
    follow the steps below:

    1. From the login screen, click the power icon in the lower right corner of the screen.
    2. Hold the Shift key while you click Restart.
    3. Click Troubleshoot.
    4. Select Reset Your PC.
    5. Click Remove everything.
    6. After your computer reboots, click remove all files
    7. Click Reset.
    Click on 'Yes' if the comment answers your question!

    hi . non of that solutions fixed my problem 
    any other way?

    You can try removing the RAM wait for 2 min and again place the RAM back. But make sure when you do that do not damages any other hardware component or else the warranty will be void.
