The laptop purchased just 4 month ago. Now the status is keys not work except power button. Just think this scenario, you can power on the laptop but not able to enter password.
When we push the keyboard panel hardly the keys working for some time. Again the issue continued.

@Govind0911.. Hi ! please follow the steps given below

    1. Turn off your computer and unplug the power cable (AC power adapter)

    2. If your system has a battery pinhole reset on the bottom, insert a small paperclip in the battery reset pinhole and hold the button down for 10 seconds.

    3. Connect the power cable (AC power adapter) and tap f2 while turn on the computer and if it takes you in to bios screen then tap f9 and hit yes then tap f10 and hit yes once again

    4. once you get on to login screen try to enter the password and if keyboard works fine then well and good you can start working on this computer without any problem

    5. If the 4th steps didn't works then in login screen try to select ease of access - on screen keyboard and through on screen keyboard try to enter the password and it will take you in to regular desktop screen

    6. Once you get on to desktop screen do a right click on windows icon and select device manager then expand keyboard and uninstall the keyboard driver then restart the computer..
