Help!!!! Urgently My windows 10 operating system is broken on my ACER Nitro 5

Windows Operating is Broken, Taskbar is not responding, Task Manager is inaccessible and I have forgotten my password for the PC since I always use my pin to access the operating system. don't know what to do next

    after messing around with it for a bit it seems that the Task Host Window is being unresponsive

    Yes it will not respond except when I click it but it only changes the date and time and changes the screen black for a split second

    1st try this simple way 
    Press CTRL+ALT+DEL and select start manager .then in task manager on file menu select new task type in explorer and click ok 

    This will restart your explorer and you issuse may fix

    Press Windows + R to launch the Run Type taskmgr in box then click ok
    see if now open

    In the search window at the bottom left type Create a Restore Point and click on it, then click System Restore, select a restore point when your system worked correctly

    Then reboot and press Alt + F10 at start up for a clean Windows install, select keep my files

    It can take a lot longer than that, some users have left it overnight

    We may be missing the obvious!! After restoring BIOS defaults, do a battery reset. Turn off and unplug, place a straightened paperclip in the small hole on the underside of the laptop and press for 10 seconds then leave everything alone for 15 minutes, plug in and boot up
