Hello!

I bought my Acer Aspire 5 A515-52-57BY and I want to install Windows 10 Pro 64 bit via USB.

I have created a USB with Rufus FAT32 GPT like mentioned in the forums but I can't get it to boot via the USB.

I have disabled secure boot but I still can't see the USB boot option. I have restarted and pressed F12 and it doesn't show the USB as well. It only shows boot manager

What step I'm I missing here?

If you are just upgrading from Windows 10 Home to Windows 10 Pro you don't need to just through all that. You just go into the activation section and change your key from Home to Pro and it'll deal with the rest for you.
Upgrade from Windows 10 Home to Pro via a License Key/Digital License
    1. Make sure you're up to date on any Windows Updates.
    2. Navigate again to Start Menu > Settings > Updates and Security > Activation.
    3. Under Activation, select Change product key. ...
    4. Enter the 25-digit Windows Pro Product Key.
    5. Select Next.

Click on "Like" if you find my answer useful or click on "Yes" if it answers your question.
