Slow New SSD, Please Help!! Aspire R5-571TG

Hi all. So I just replaced my old M.2 SATA SSD, an SK Hynix HFS256G39TND-N210A 256GB, to a new M.2 SATA SSD, a Samsung 860 Evo 1TB. My games ran perfectly before, but now, it's awful. Half of them are unplayable, especially Skyrim SE, Minecraft Windows 10 (Java Edition runs fine) and Assassin's Creed 3 are the ones that BARELY run so far. Completely unplayable. The Sims 4 runs pretty good though. I don't know what to do. Please help. Here's my specs from Steam.

your read/writes are fine for an m.2 sata, so the actual drive doesn't look like it has an issue.  I take it the computer came back with everything (all programmes etc) pretty much as they were before?  If so, looks like they just copied one drive to another and if it now has huge performance issues, basically it didn't go so well.  If it was me, i'd be back to the folks who did it, 'cause they didn't do it very well. (actually, if it was me, i'd take a backup, wipe the lot by loading it from a fresh .iso from MS, do any updates required then reinstall any additional software, which would take time and copious cups of tea to complete!).
