Laptop Storage Upgrade Kit missing Helios Predator 2019

Hello
i received my Predator Helios 2019 yesterday. Somehow my box didnt come with the hard drive upgrade kit. Can i ask Acer to send me one? I really want to upgrade my Storage because 250gigs isnt enough.
its the thing in the image, except its not exactly the caddy made for my model. Are they called Caddies? Does it have any name in French language? (spent so long trying to figure out its name) I live in morocco and bought my model from America, will Acer be kind enough and try sending me my missing upgrade kit or is it impossible because i live in morocco? i cant find it in my country because i dont know the name of it in french. and i dont want to buy random kits either. might not be compatible. Should i just buy another one off of amazon?

    The Predator Helios includes a storage bay that allows for installation of a secondary 2.5" hard drive or solid state drive. If your system does not include the hard drive caddy for installing a second drive, please contact Acer support in your region & check for it.

    imadishimaru acer should had provided you a free kit once you had contacted the support as @laurent_14 sated above no matter what country youre in and for US/CA you can order it online also im just wondering why it took you 8 months to reply to the same thread you opened yourself if you were in such a hurry its just weird

    i didn't answer because i didn't bother checking the thread again, but here's what hapenned, i called that number and they asked me to pay for the caddy/drive bay. Furthermore, they said that acer doesn't provide support in my country and that's why i have to pay for it... is that normal? If not then i want my money back, since acer provides the service for free.

    imadishimaru they have to provide it for free you should had escalated your situation at the highest available its included in all models therefore if its missing they have to provide it its part of the hardware package if they are saying they dont have it available in your country thats another story they just have to ask acer to send it as i said its part of it they have to provide it you shouldnt have to pay for any kits that were supposed to be included in the box

    I don't think you understand what i said. I contacted support and asked them if they could send one for free, and they said my country wasn't eligible. The guy said that Macsi was part of Acer or represented acer, are you saying that they scammed me for my money? I can't even request a free upgrade kit because it's only available in the US or canada.

    imadishimaru as i said its eligible in all countries its part of the hardware thats sent in the box and you just had to keep escalating if you go through many threads here you will see the exact same issue also happened with many and in the end they got the part sent they just had to keep pushing when i know something its part of what it should come in the box i would never pay for it thats for sure you just paid because you didnt pushed far enough unfortunately in a few countries either you push enough or you wont get anywhere and i said the US/CA upgrade its free to ask with the online form all other countries its also free but you have to ask acer support directly for it they cat use that form its only for US/CA 

    Also u stated 8 months after you opened the thread

    It was answered straight away in the same day as u can see the dates of the replies probably if u had checked it you would know what/how to do it exactly its just a thought its kinda for ex buy something with 30 days warranty and complain about it 8 months after (this is just an ex) i completely youre frustrated about the situation but as i said you shouldnt had paid for it also someone would had given you the exact part number if any replies were made
