    The chromebook uses the chrome operating system to run the android/linux app packages which all appear to be up-to-date. But not the android operating system because the chromebook doesn't use the android operating system to run these packages.   Jack E/NJ

    The CP5-471 uses the chrome operating system to run Android applications that normally run on the Android operating system. However, the chrome operating system is not the android operating system.  Jack E/NJ
