    Hi @KEVINMAC01
Go to Device Manager>View>Show hidden devices. If you have other devices> IWD Aud-Device_6,  uninstall it. Then, restart your system. Go to Acer support driver downloads for your model. Download Realtek Audio, Platform Drivers Installer, and Quick Access. Install Reltek and then restart system. Install Quick Access and then restart. Finally install Platform Drivers. Restart and you should have sound.

    or

It's the same problem as in this thread

    http://community.acer.com/t5/Windows-10/Switch-10-Win10-Audio-driver-not-working/m-p/430129

The drivers are not automatically installed, and the Windows 10 drivers on the driver page for SW5-011 don't even work

    http://www.acer.com/ac/en/US/content/drivers

You need to use the Windows 8.1 drivers (Master Installer) instead

Only when you do an upgrade from Windows 8.1 to Windows 10 does the audio work, if you do a clean install this happens

I have a problem with my acer aspire sw3-016. If I dock the keyboard it types itself and there's not more frustrating than this. How could I possibly fix this?

@mengie you have a different problem than this thread is for. Please start a new thread and include your full model number, describe the symptoms and let us know what you have tried already to fix it.
