Reboot into normal mode, and you should be able to use your pin, then connect to your microsoft account but I don't know if you can do anything without your old password and you don't need to be in safe mode to connect to your Microsoft account. If you ever need to go to safe mode in the future, select Safe Mode with Networking option

Krishnapal Do Interrupt shutdown when ou get acer Logo and if you see Start windows normally try to click on it.. This will take you in to normal mode1

During boot keep pressing Alt and F10 simultaneously this would take you to advance options. Here you would see continue to windows. Chose it and check if the device takes you to windows normal loginClick on 'Yes' to accept my comment as answer1 -

bcdedit /deletevalue {current} safeboot
Reboot and your system should boot in normal mode. Safe mode doesn't accept new sign-in options like picture logon and PIN. It accepts local account only. If you forgot the password, you can reset it with PCUnlocker, Offline NT Password & Registry or other live CDs.

Then you may need to try the live CDs I suggested above.
