    Press Windows key + R and type services .msc in the search field and press enter. In the Services listed stop the Print Spooler service. In Windows Explorer, navigate to the folder below, and open the PRINTERS.

    The print spooler on my Acer Aspire R7-3371T, Windows 10, HP OfficeJet 8600 Plus - will not restart in the Services box.  The printer quit responding after a windows update
