Download the current drivers for the latest Intel HD Graphics and Nvidia.
Enter safe mode and completely remove current drivers.
    Restart the system.
Disconnect internet and install drivers (Intel first and Nvidia later)
    Restart and do a test.

    Good afternoon vishnunaik7875 !

What EXACT model of your laptop?
Have you tried simply removing the drivers and reinstalling?
Have you also updated Intel HD Graphics?
