    Try using another another browser and still same error, please contact Acer support in your region and they will help you resolve issues.

    You must first enter your machine's serial number id (SNID) at this link https://www.acer.com/ac/en/IN/content/support   You can get your SNID by pressing WIN+R. Enter 'cmd' . At the command prompt enter 'wmic bios get serialnumber'. The result is your SNID. Then you may use the chat line if you wish. If still a problem then use the telephone and call 1-800-11-6677

    i purchased a new acer predator helios 300 few days ago . i use regular after 2 days i notice the display is flickering please fix this problem or replace this product

    You must immediately return it to the vendor/seller as defective for an exchange or refund before the seller's returns policy period expires. Usually only a few weeks. Jack E/NJ
