    Good Morning Kamarin !

What EXACT model of your laptop?
    What release version of Windows?
Are you using the device plugged into the power outlet and have a high performance Windows plan?
Have you checked in Task Manager if 100% disk usage error is occurring?
Have you checked if Windows update is not pending updates in progress?

A: sp314-51 is only the series.
The EXACT model is defined by the last 4 characters.

    - Window10 home.
    A: What release?

    - No I don't
A: I need to check the settings.

Access the control panel and in the power options use the high performance plan:

Then plug the device into the power outlet and test it.
